Genuine Natural Green Aventurine Pendant. Pendant Size: about 0.5 to 0.8cm. Chain is Gold Plated Sterling Silver and about 18 inches long and 1mm thick. These metals react with chemicals found in air and produce tarnish; high moisture levels, exposure to sunlight and contaminants such as salt water increase this reaction. Take steps to protect the necklace by keeping it in an airtight package, avoid harmful chemicals and water, and store in a cool, dry place. Note that due our local climate, humidity significantly increases the rate of tarnish.
