The interaction with all of the staff and couriers were very professional and friendly, and the crystal was even packaged in bubblewrap and extra covering to protect it during transit. Lastly, the quality and size of the crystal definitely exceeded my expectations for the price, and it made a lovely addition to my collection (it closely matched the image advertised). The descriptive informationn cards were also enlightening on the different uses of the stone and how to use it, while the little surprise inside was very heartfelt.
