Location
  • FOREVER STONED TT is exclusively an online store based in Trinidad and Tobago.
  • At present, there is no physical store location to facilitate in store pickups. However, we offer delivery straight to your door nationwide.
  • You can find some of our products at Caribbean Collection, Movietowne Mall, C3, San Fernando.
Pricing
  • All prices listed on FOREVER STONED TT website is quoted in TTD.

Payment

  • FOREVER STONED TT does not accept any forms of payment on delivery. 
  • Online purchases are made via VISA Debit card, Online Fund Transfer and Visa or MasterCard Credit cards. The latter is facilitated through the WiPay payment gateway on our website.

Special Offers
  • Where there is a sale applied to specific items, these items will not be further discounted in any other promotional offer – i.e., already discounted items will not be further discounted.
  • Discount codes cannot be combined with any other promotions, sales or automatic discounts.
  • Only one discount code can be used per order.
  • If you use a gift card to pay for an order, then cancel that order, the gift card amount will not be refunded in cash or reloaded back onto the card.

CUSTOMER COMPLAINTS

All correspondence and communication regarding customer complaints are to be sent via email. If you encounter an issue with your purchase please reach out to us at sales@forever-stoned.com with the order number and the name on the order. All emails are responded to within 1 business day during business hours. Business days are Mondays to Fridays. Business hours are 10am to 5pm.
