Refund, Exchange, Return Policy

Refunds or exchanges are done at our discretion and must be processed within 5 days of delivery. FOREVER STONED TT offers returns, exchanges and refunds under limited circumstances. If a refund or exchange is based on Buyer's Remorse, i.e., unrelated to item defects or order errors, the customer is responsible for paying the delivery fee to return the item to us using the same courier company that delivered the package.

  • If you cancel an order after it has already been shipped, the shipping fee will not be refunded.
  • We will refund any associated shipping fees for defective products, or if you received the wrong item.
  • Please note that we will not refund shipping charges if the return is due to “Buyer’s Remorse”, or in other words, if you change your mind about your purchase.
  • If you use a gift card to pay for an order, then cancel that order after it has been dispatched, the gift card amount will not be refunded in cash or reloaded back onto the card.
  • Item(s) being returned or exchanged due to Buyer's Remorse will incur a restocking fee of 5%.
  • Item(s) must be returned in the manner in which it was dispatched: original sealed packaging, unused.
  • Item(s) mailed back for exchange must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging. FOREVER STONED TT reserves the right to refuse any exchange where the product returned is not in its original condition.
Warranties on Defective Goods
  • FOREVER STONED TT offers a wide variety of genuine crystals and gemstones. These items are sourced from the Earth and will contain natural inclusions, fractures within their compositions, scratches, hollow parts, holes, chips, dirt, etc. These natural features/occurrences are not deemed item defects. 
  • If an item arrives damaged and this damage is as a result of manufacturer's defect (quality or craftsmanship), customers must e-mail their concern within 1 day of receiving items for an exchange to sales@forever-stoned.com.
  • The item must be accompanied by a valid receipt or invoice.
  • Where an item is returned as a result presumed manufacturer's defect (quality or craftsmanship), the customer must assume all costs, risks and responsibilities associated with shipping and return delivery. 
  • Item(s) must have a manufacturer’s defect (faulty workmanship not due to normal use and wear and tear).
  • If the item cannot be repaired, it will be exchanged for a new one.
  • If the item is not available FOREVER STONED TT will issue a refund.
