Shipping policy

SHIPPING COST, DELIVERY SERVICE PROVIDERS, DELIVERY TIMEFRAME & ORDER TRACKING
  • For a flat rate of 25 TTD within Trinidad and 40 TTD to Tobago, orders are delivered straight to your door, anywhere throughout Trinidad and Tobago.
  • We use 3rd party courier companies such a TTPOST and CSF Couriers for this service. Some areas may be deemed unsafe by the delivery services. However, they will contact you to make alternative delivery arrangements.
  • Goods must be inspected by the customer before being signed for upon delivery. Once a package is signed for, it means that the customer accepted the item in good condition, free of any defects, acknowledged that the product received was correct, and has no Buyer's Remorse.
  • Delivery timeframe is 3 to 5 business days from the time your payment has been received. While we aim to get your items to you as soon as possible, if we are experiencing a high volume of orders, order processing and fulfilment may be delayed by a few days.
  • Orders are not dispatched or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
  • Once an order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. The courier company will not attempt delivery if they are unable to establish phone contact with you. If you miss their calls, please return it.

  • All items are securely packaged and labeled prior to shipping. FOREVER STONED TT accepts NO liability for damages to item during transport by 3rd party delivery service providers.

BEFORE PLACING AN ORDER FOR DELIVERY, PLEASE NOTE:

  • We advise that you have your packages shipped to a safe and secure address (home or workplace).
  • When placing your order, please include all relevant shipping information. This includes your full name, a complete delivery address (building #, street name, city/town, etc.), and your correct contact number.
  • In the event you need an address or phone number correction, please email us immediately via sales@forever-stoned.com. Forever Stoned TT cannot be held responsible for any orders that are deemed undeliverable having been placed with an incomplete or incorrect address or phone number. Any orders that have been placed with an incomplete or incorrect address or phone number will be charged a $50 re-routing fee.
  • Forever Stoned TT cannot be held responsible for orders that are deemed undeliverable. Unfortunately, customers will be held responsible for any returned shipment, which is equivalent to the original shipping cost ($25 to $40).
  • Forever Stoned TT is not responsible for lost packages that have been marked delivered by the carrier.
  • For delivery updates, the customer must liaise directly with the delivery service provider responsible for the delivery of their order. 
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable as deliveries are done by a third-party company. This also applies to orders placed during "FREE SHIPPING" promotions.
  • Same day delivery or delivery requested on specific dates or times are not possible. While we can provide estimates for shipping times, we cannot guarantee the date or time of delivery.
  • Delivery days are Mondays to Fridays at some point between the hours of 8am to 5pm.
  • The courier service will attempt delivery 3 times before returning your package to us.
